My Healthcare Background

 My career as an RN spanned more than 40 years and, in that time, I had to assess many, many patients.  I developed the ability to quickly and accurately determine numerous aspects of people, especially their developmental stage.  My practice was assisted by the work of Erickson, Kegan, and others.  I created this simplified 3-step model to specifically address the need for all of us to learn the steps we must take to grow up fully and function as adults. 

 36 years ago, a dramatic religious conversion changed me from a non-believer to a mystic - a person who actually knows God experientially.  Thus began my nonstop growth along the spiritual path.  The knowledge I acquired absolutely convinced me that my 3-step model not only leads us to a more grown-up psychological state, but also to the TRUTH of our purpose on earth.  These steps can lead you to your full potential.
